Little known to some, famed and adored by others, Ginger chai is actually almost as old as chai itself.
A slight change to the old recipe, it was used when one was feeling a little under the weather, or simply to change the taste to something a little more sharp. Now, ginger Chai is enjoyed all throughout Asia as not only a remedy but a fantastic tea for any time of day!
Boil 1-1/2 cups of water
Add 1 tbsp Ginger Chai blend to water
Add 1 tbsp brown sugar
Let tea boil for 3-4 minutes
Add 1/2 cup milk and let tea rise for about 5 minutes
Strain into cup or tea pot and enjoy!
