Ginger Chai Tea is an all-natural masala chai blend from GM Restaurant in Maple Ridge, British Columbia, with bold, warming ginger and traditional chai spices over black tea. Handcrafted in Canada and available as loose-leaf tea in a tin or refill bag. To brew, simmer one teaspoon per cup with water and milk (or a plant-based alternative) for 4 to 5 minutes, sweeten to taste, then strain. Naturally warming and great any time of day. Net weight: 100g.

How to Make the Perfect Cup

Preparation

Boil 1-1/2 cups of water

Add 1 tbsp Ginger Chai blend to water

Add 1 tbsp brown sugar

Let tea boil for 3-4 minutes

Add 1/2 cup milk and let tea rise for about 5 minutes

Strain into cup or tea pot and enjoy!
