Vegetable Curry Seasoning is an all-natural Indian spice blend from GM Restaurant in Maple Ridge, British Columbia, made for vibrant vegetable and chickpea curries. Net weight: 80g. Vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, low-sodium, no MSG, and handcrafted in Canada. It comes mild; add fresh chillies to taste for more heat. To use, saute onion, garlic, and ginger, add the blend with mixed vegetables, chickpeas, or lentils and a little tomato or coconut milk, then simmer until tender. Serve with rice or roti.

Preparing At home

What you will need

  • 100 ml vegetable oil
  • 1 yellow onion, diced
  • 1 clove of fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp of fresh ginger
  • 1 large tomato, diced
  • 20 g seasoning
  • 1 kg fresh mixed vegetables

How to Make the Perfect Meal

Preparation

Warm oil in pan for 1–2 minutes on med/high. Add onion, garlic,
ginger, and tomato. Cook for 3 – 4 minutes or until slightly brown.

Add seasoning* and cook for 1–2 minutes on med/high. Stir in
vegetables. Reduce heat to med/low and cook for roughly 20 minutes, or
until vegetables turn soft. Enjoy!
