An incredible blend of spices, the Vegetable Curry mix has become massively popular around the world for giving a whole new exotic flavour to vegetables. The mix is authentic and true to it's roots, and for a country that is famous for it's vegetarian cuisine, you can bet it's perfected. The flexibility of this dish to add your favourite vegetables and tweak the flavours also makes it quite fun and easy to prepare!

Spice Level: Mild ( All our spice mixes come mild. If you would like to make it spicier, we recommend adding fresh chillies when preparing. The truly authentic is to use green and red chillies, but we've had some fantastic feedback with habaneros, jalapeños and tons more. Try changing things up, and remember how you add is up to you, but we recommend slowly adding more as you get more comfortable with spicier foods).

Preparing At home

What you will need

  • 100 ml vegetable oil
  • 1 yellow onion, diced
  • 1 clove of fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp of fresh ginger
  • 1 large tomato, diced
  • 20 g seasoning
  • 1 kg fresh mixed vegetables

Spice Ingredients

Herbs and spices (including mustard), salt

Épices et herbes (avec moutarde), sel

How to Make the Perfect Meal

Preparation

Warm oil in pan for 1–2 minutes on med/high. Add onion, garlic,
ginger, and tomato. Cook for 3 – 4 minutes or until slightly brown.

Add seasoning* and cook for 1–2 minutes on med/high. Stir in
vegetables. Reduce heat to med/low and cook for roughly 20 minutes, or
until vegetables turn soft. Enjoy!
