Chocolate Chai Tea is an all-natural chai blend from GM Restaurant in Maple Ridge, British Columbia, pairing rich cocoa with traditional masala-chai spices over black tea for a dessert-like, comforting cup. Handcrafted in Canada and available as loose-leaf tea in a tin or refill bag. To brew, simmer one teaspoon per cup with water and milk (or a plant-based alternative), sweeten to taste, then strain. How to Make the Perfect Cup

Preparation

Boil 1-1/2 cups of water

Add 1 tbsp Chocolate Chai blend to water

Add 1 tbsp brown sugar

Let tea boil for 3-4 minutes

Add 1/2 cup milk and let tea rise for about 5 minutes

Strain into cup or tea pot and enjoy!
