Lamb Curry Omelette
3 Free range eggs (they taste way better than the caged $3.50 🥚's)
2 oz lamb cooked
Lamb Curry Seasoning
Dash of garlic powder
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1tbsp Goat Cheese
Sprinkle these on top last:
Pinch of Salt
Pinch of Oregano
Dash of pepper
You can source all your ingredients from your local Save On Foods including the Lamb Curry Seasoning. If you don't see the Lamb Curry Seasoning at your local Save On
Saute the lamb. Lamb takes longer to cook so make sure you cook it in a separate pan first and then add it on top of the eggs.
Add the rest of the ingredients and wait till the omelet hardens.
Add the cheese in the middle and fold.
Cook on both side and it is done.
